It’s a simple query, sure.

"ketchup goes in the fridge" OR "ketchup doesn't go in the fridge" OR "ketchup goes in the refrigerator" OR "ketchup doesn't go in the refrigerator"

 

But from a simple query, much can be learned about how a customer might be using your product or service. E.g. Toilet paper. And from that learning, content can be created, marketing can be adjusted and much more.
