TikTok Campaigns

I want to retrospectively have an influencer add their content to our campaign. Does anyone know how to just get the campaign code?
I can get the invite link, but I can’t see what in the link!
In my experience, the easier you make it for an influencer then the more likely you’ll get the outcome you want! I’d love to just send a code and a video showing them how to do this!

Hi @Visit_Red ,

Happy to help here. TikTok doesn’t provide (or use) campaign codes anymore, so to tie TikTok videos to the campaign retroactively now you simply just send the same invite link as you would if the post hadn’t been published yet. Within that link, the influencer can choose to either upload a new video or to link an existing one. I’m attaching a screen recording so you can see what this looks like on the influencer’s end:

Hope that helps!

Hey @junet196 @Born To Learn Do you have any advice for @Visit_Red here?

BrandwatchUser5

Hi @visit_red, thanks for reaching out and your feedback!

I’d love to step in and help, am I right to assume that you are referring to the influence tool? If so, then in the help centre article here, under ‘Adding influencers to a campaign’ provides the steps to add them in.

As for their authentication link, you are able to access this via the ‘Influencer’ module, click on their profile and under ‘Accounts & Data’ you will be able to click the ‘Copy Authorization Link’ or the option to ‘Send Via Email’ too.

As for resources, we have a great range of help centre articles available with step by step guides throughout the platform but more specifically, ‘Guide for Influencers’

Let us know how you go and hope that helps!

I had left this question under the thread of “Influence” assuming that was for the tool influence tool, it’s now been moved to be under “social media management”, so maybe I assumed wrong.

Thanks for the above info but this isn't what I was asking, it’s specifically about TikTok Campaigns. I’m currently having to send our influencers a link to a different tool to give them guidance on how to retrospectively add a TikTok campaign code to their content.

I’d like to know how i can just get the code of the campaign instead of having to send an invite link.

Hi @visit_Red,

Thanks for clarifying and here is the help centre article that takes you through step by steps, specifically manually adding posts to your campaigns. In the future, I would recommend reaching out to the Brandwatch support team, who are available to help with any product-specific questions. Let us know how you go though :)

Thanks, but I was asking the community in the hope that they would maybe know another way to get the TikTok code. I’m not looking to add posts to my campaign manually, I’m looking for a code for a TikTok order. I’m aware of the support team and of the help page you linked to, but these options don’t have the answer I’m looking for.
