Reporting through the Delta Marketing team, this strategic leader will drive an improved real time understanding of Delta customers and audience trends through listening across all digital channels. While managing a high-performing team of analysts, this leader will collaborate broadly across the enterprise to uncover new opportunities to deliver insights and enhance business and customer intelligence.  This role is an ideal fit for a dynamic leader who thrives translating complex data into stories that drive innovation and action.
