Reckitt is looking for a passionate Global Social Intelligence Manager, Insights to join the Social intelligence Centre of Excellence.
As part of the Insights Centre Of Excellence the team run consulting and insights generation on large scale using the most variety of best-in-class tools to generate actionable insights for our brands and markets. In this environment we are looking for talents with the ability to navigate across the business, and drive social intelligence, proposing creative ways to communicate the problem statement and how to solve it through data – slice and dice the data, correlate, explore KPIs and come up with a conclusion.
As Social Intelligence Insights Analyst you are the first point of contact for senior business stakeholders when it comes to Social Listening, Ratings and Reviews and Search Data. This includes translating business questions into clear research designs, executing the analysis and delivering timely and actionable insights for a vast range of use cases (from innovation to crisis, from brand equity to trends analysis). Your knowledge in Social Analytics is excellent and you are skilled at presenting actionable insights to senior stakeholders, building use cases to be scaled across markets and business units.
Responsibilities
Manage internal platforms, give training, elevate teams, and create use-cases to embed social intelligence across multiple teams and regions
Create robust social media research designs that will enable brands to answer their key business questions.
Synthesise social media and web data into meaningful insights and clearly communicate complex findings.
Deliver effective presentations to stakeholders
Work with our vendors to develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems and other measurement frameworks that effectively deliver insights across the business
Capabilities
Be Passionate for data and business, together! Excellent understanding of social media and digital
4y+ experience in Digital or Social Listening/ Analytics in an agency or brand environment
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and use insights and findings for influencing decision making
Be visionary and have well-rounded analytical skills to analyse, extract, derive and connect relevant insights and multiple data sources (online sales, search, and chatter data)
Technical expertise and experience with tools like Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Synthesio, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Google keywords planner, and other search data sources.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and respond to changes quickly.
Fluent in English, knowledge of a second European or Asian language desired (preferred Spanish or Hindi)
