A big announcement for you today:

We’re so excited to tell you that our brand new learning environment, Brandwatch Academy, is now live!

Brandwatch Academy provides in-depth, on-demand video courses for our complete suite.

If you previously used our Learning Zone, you can now expect your learning to be more engaging as our on-demand courses will blend reading, videos, quizzes and activities together. Expect more certificates, more products available to learn and to have fun while you do it!

 

 

So whether you’re just getting started with Brandwatch, looking to brush up on skills or want certificates that prove you’re a Brandwatch whiz, the Academy has something for you!

    @OliverShaw This is great! Love having all these courses in a single place. One piece I’m a bit confused on is the “Listen” modules. I haven’t gone through all of it, but it seems similar to Consumer Research? I see Listen is being marketed as new. Is it going to be replacing Consumer Research?

    Hi @Francisco Cardenas! It doesn’t bring in previous certifications I’m afraid as we needed to upgrade our solution to support all the added content. However, we will hold a record ourselves of these and if necessary we are happy to issue the certificate on the new design if you would like :)

    Thanks for your message.

    Listen is actually a completely separate tool available in the Social Media Management suite. Listen itself offers some of the same functionality as Consumer Research (think of it as social listening for Social Media Managers), hence the overlap you mentioned. Unless you’re interested in learning new tools, I would potentially stick just to the Consumer Intelligence modules. You can filter by these here
