In Brandwatch Measure, when I break down posts by a parent label group, the child labels are not being detected in the group view.
The child labels themselves appear correctly when viewed individually, but they do not appear in the parent label group.
Example:
- Child label: “I wish to be”
- Parent label group: “Mission”
The posts are tagged with the child label and the label shows up in label views, but when I filter or break down by the “Mission” parent label group, the child label is missing from the results.
Essentially I want to see an overarching view of my parent labels, but my child labels are no’t pulling properly into the groups. I’m trying to report an issue, I’ve spoken to your ai bot and your team with the help chat but it still seems to be broken.
