Influence - Analyzing 3 Year Content

Hi there,

as a Global Media and Performance Specialist I’ve to analyze an ongoing 3-year long collaboration with some Influencers in my company. I see that Influence only allow to analyze 1 year back, do you know if there is a way to analyze also 2024 and 2023?

Can you clarify if you wish to analyse

  • All posts from the influencer (included outside your campaigns)
  • All campaigns the influencer has been involved with

Hi ​@Ian Ferguson, we would like to analyze all the content that the influencers have done with us in a specific campaign.

 

Unfortunately, from what I can see, we are limited in analyzing onyl one year back, but this was a 3-year collab.

My colleague has advised me:

Then they can export the data from the campaign itself - through the post summary export. They can export that way the raw data of the posts in the campaign for all influencers in that campaign


Could you try that? Let me know?

Hey ​@Alessandro De Marco I believe you can look at data older than 1 year however, you will need to pay a higher subscription to have access. I recommend speaking to your account manager, they will be able to send you costings etc.
